a. One way link building
b. Two way (Reciprocal) link building
c. Three ways link building
d. Paid links
e. One way link building by publishing content on other sites

Answer is b and e.
Explaination
According to Google - Hard and fast rule for link building of any type is: Links must be theme based.

According to Google option a, c and d are same because no way to find difference among these. Three ways is indirectly one way and paid is also one way. One is one already.
